ABOUT KRISTINA
Kristina M. Hernandez is an attorney in the H-1B department at Reddy & Neumann, P.C. Her practice covers all phases of the non-immigrant visa process including filing H-1B, H-4, and H-4EAD petitions, responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and drafting motions and appeals. She has completed over 300 RFEs to date in response to H-1B, L-1, TN, AOS, N-400, and OPT applications. Additionally, she has presented at local universities regarding CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, and the green card process and has created and presented webinars in I-9 compliance and STEM OPT compliance for HR professionals.

Kristina was born and raised in Houston, and received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston in 2008. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in May 2011 and became licensed to practice law in Texas in November 2011. Before entering the practice of immigration law, Kristina represented clients in personal injury suits, assisted in contract disputes, commercial and business litigation, and provided administrative counsel and litigation services for healthcare professionals across Texas.

Kristina is currently serving on the Board and is a recent Past President of the Mexican American Bar Association of Houston (MABAH), one of the largest Hispanic legal organizations in the state of Texas. She has also been elected as a Fellow to the Texas Bar Foundation. Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the State of Texas. The Fellows of the Texas Bar Foundation is an honorary organization limited to 1/3rd of 1% of Texas Bar members.
