This morning, attorneys and employers received an email from their myUSCIS account with the subject line “We have taken an action on your case.” It seems that attorney or representative accounts are having trouble logging in, but employers are able to log in without a problem. After logging in, you are able to see that some of the H-1B lottery registrations have changed from “Submitted” to “Selected.”

It looks like companies can start filing new H-1B cap cases for any new H-1B registration selections beginning on Monday, August 2nd!
The deadline to file new cases is November 3, 2021. If you have any new H-1B registration selections, please contact your attorney to begin the process of filing the case.
